The Premier Consumer Law Resources

For over forty years, NCLC treatises have been the definitive works on consumer law for lawyers, government, and industry.

Written by many of the nation’s leading consumer law experts, some with over forty years of consumer law experience.

An indispensable resource for anyone practicing consumer law.

"Moving to a consumer law practice may not have been possible without NCLC treatises. There are a lot of questions that I don't know the answer to, but the answer is always in an NCLC manual."

—Scott Kinkley, Northwest Justice Project
