John Parry is Associate Dean of Faculty and Edward Brunet Professor of Law at Lewis & Clark Law School. He teaches and writes about civil procedure, federal courts, and civil rights litigation (among other things), and he is a co-author of the treatise Summary Judgment: Federal Law & Practice.
