Jane Perkins is the Litigation Director of the National Health Law Program (NHeLP), a public interest law firm working to ensure health equity and to protect and advance the legal rights of low-income and under-served people. She manages NHeLP’s litigation docket and litigates cases in federal and state courts. Jane has served as lead or co-counsel in more the 35 high profile cases across the country. She is admitted to the state bars of California and North Carolina, all of the federal circuit courts of appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Ms. Perkins is a graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, School of Law; University of California, Berkeley, School of Public Health; and Davidson College.
