Eric Carlson is the director of Long-Term Services and Supports Advocacy at Justice in Aging. He has devoted his legal career to advocating for older adults who need long-term services and supports. Eric’s work encompasses all forms of LTSS—including home and community-based services, assisted living facilities, and nursing facility care—with a focus on improving access and quality. He is the author of the treatise Long-Term Care Advocacy (LexisNexis) and 25 Common Nursing Home Problems & How to Resolve Them.
