Amanda J. Allen is the co-founder of The Consumer Protection Firm located in Tampa, FL. Her firm handles individual, as well as class action litigation, with a primary focus on the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act. In holding “robo -bullies” accountable for harassing and abusive conduct, Amanda strives to challenge unjust corporate precedence, and remains at the forefront of developing consumer protection law; including a recent victory in front of the Eleventh Circuit this past May finding that a robo-bully creditor had waived their right to arbitration. She is a graduate of Bucknell University and Villanova Law School.
