This is a complaint against a mortgage servicer for an accounting of her mortgage loan and for statutory damages for violations of the FDCPA and RESPA and for damages under the state deceptive practices statute and other state law.  The servicer failed to properly adjust monthly payments to reflect a loan modification. and also made erroneous adjustments concerning escrow amounts.  The servicer made demands for improper amounts and also added improper fees for the alleged non-payment.
