This is a first set of interrogatories in a state court case involving a used car sale with undisclosed wreck damage. The discovery was contributed by John Cole Gayle, Jr., an attorney in Richmond, VA, who specializes in automobile and other consumer cases. Mr. Gayle presented requests for admissions and for production of documents at the same time as these interrogatories, and these are also available on the NCLC Digital Library as companion materials.
