This page shows unanimous consent that the Secretary of the Senate be authorized to make technical and clerical corrections in the engrossment of the original 1978 Bankruptcy Code, involving Senate amendment to H.R. 8200. The 1978 original Bankruptcy Code, the Public Law version of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005, the version of the Code prior to the 2005 amendment, and a redlined version showing the changes from the 2005 Code are available as Primary Sources.
