Pre-Conference Intensive: Intro to Foreclosure Defense and Mortgage Servicing Claims–This one-day, pre-conference intensive is designed for advocates who are new to handling mortgage cases or who want a comprehensive overview, starting from the basics. We will provide a primer on the mortgage market and loss mitigation terminology, as well as the foundational loan modification rules for federally backed mortgages.
