Description
We will discuss options available for homeowners with GSE loans who are facing COVID-19 hardships both for those who can resume their regular mortgage payments and for those who need reduced payments. Special attention will be paid to escrow issues and eligibility criteria for the flex mod. We will look at some case studies after reviewing the rules.
