The COVID emergency, with its impact on time pressures, court schedules, and perspectives has changed the way that many cases are resolved. This session will provide practical tips from a practitioner and two mediators experienced in mediating car cases. The session will examine lessons we have learned during the pandemic and tips can we use going forward to improve our negotiation skills and relationship with opposing counsel.
