C8: Protecting Those who Protect Us: Claims for Military/Veteran Consumers (Video)

There is a literal epidemic of predatory lending to military consumers. This course would permit any practicing consumer lawyer to have the basics tools they require to evaluate and litigate cases on behalf of service members, their dependents and veterans. There have been sparse few cases brought under the Military Lending Act in the past. Now, it is finally being utilized and all consumer lawyers should learn to harness this powerful law along with its prohibition against arbitration. Similarly, many other military specific laws like the Servicemembers Relief Act are underutilized. Because military consumers are among the most vulnerable, they need representation.
