C1: Credit Math for Car Cases (Video)

The ability to carefully and thoroughly review auto finance transactions for compliance with state and federal requirements is an important skill for consumer advocates handling car cases. This session will help participants better understand credit math issues in car finance such as add-on interest rates and rebate and APR calculations, and will provide an introduction to RISA and TILA issues, with practical tips for reviewing auto finance transactions.
