Description
In this session we will simulate a 30(b)(6) deposition of a Senior Loan Analyst who has reviewed the client's file. We will question the deponent on actions of the defendant debt collector in servicing the client's loan as well as the collector's general systems to explain how the events of this case happened. The focus will be more on getting answers from a difficult witness rather than eliciting all the information for each element of our claims. We will also leave plenty of time for questions.
