Pleadings and Discovery

This is a federal court class action alleging Truth in Lending and state law violations involving the understatement of the amount financed and APR  in a used automobile sale.  The action also alleges that the sale of a service contract prevents disclaimer of implied warranties and that there were breaches of implied warranties, leading to remedies under the Magnuson Moss Consumer Warranty Act and the Uniform Commercial Code.
