Seth Davis is a Professor of Law at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law. His scholarship on the federal courts has appeared in the Stanford Law Review, the Columbia Law Review, and the California Law Review, among other leading journals, and has been honored by the Association of American Law Schools (AALS). In addition, Davis is a co-author of Federal Courts in Context, a federal courts casebook, and a co-author of D.C. Circuit Review – Reviewed at the Notice & Comment blog.
