Amy Wells, founder of Wells Law Office based in Chicago, practices in courts nationwide. With over 20 years of consumer advocacy experience, her current practice areas focus on nationwide class claims, large-scale mass actions, and consulting and co-counseling with other advocates throughout the country.
She has repeatedly been recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine, and received the highest rating by Avvo, Inc. In 2012, the Ohio Association for Justice honored Amy with the President’s Award. at the Association’s flagship President’s Dinner.
Amy has published a myriad of articles and regularly speaks to both attorneys and consumers on a state and national level. She has served in several leadership positions, including as a state chair for the National Association for Consumer Advocates (NACA), where she currently serves on a number of committees. She also served as the state chair of the consumer law division of the Ohio Association for Justice, where she also sat on the Association’s board of directors. In 2014, Amy was installed as the President of the Miami Valley Trial Lawyers Association, an organization wherein she also served on the board of directors for a number of years. In 2011, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine appointed Amy to serve on his Advisory Committee.
