NCLC Cancellation of Renewal
You may cancel within 30 days of a renewal for a full refund or credit by emailing [email protected] with the items you would like to cancel. Please note "Cancellation" in the subject line. Any print book received after the renewal must be returned in good condition within 10 days of the notice of cancellation.
NCLC Cancellation of Initial Purchase
You can also cancel your initial subscription by contacting [email protected] before 5 PM Eastern Time the next business day, or by calling 617-542-9595 between 9 AM and 5 PM Eastern Time by the next business day. Please note "Cancellation" in the subject line. To cancel an initial subscription, you must also return in good condition within 10 days any print treatise received.
NHLP Cancellation of Initial Purchase
You may cancel your initial purchase by calling 415-432-5711 between 7 AM and 3 PM (PST) the business day following the purchase, or email Wendy Mahoney at [email protected]. Please use “Cancellation of Initial Purchase of Green Book” in the subject line. To cancel an initial subscription, you must return any printed manuals to NHLP within ten (10) business days of the initial purchase. The printed manual must be returned in good condition.
