William Hamilton is a Senior Legal Skills Professor at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he teaches electronic discovery, digital evidence, professional responsibility, pretrial practice, and advanced civil procedure. He is the Executive Director of the law school’s International Center for Automated Information Retrieval. Mr. Hamilton is a featured speaker and writer on business litigation, electronic discovery, artificial intelligence, and evidence. He is also a domain name dispute neutral for the World Intellectual Property Organization. Mr. Hamilton was board certified in litigation and intellectual property and practiced for 30 years in major law firms before joining the faculty at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. His books include the LexisNexis Practice Guide: Florida e-Discovery and Evidence and A Student Electronic Discovery Primer.
