Ted Broderick practices in Boston, Massachusetts at Broderick Law, P.C. Ted is a graduate of Middlebury College (1988) and Harvard Law School (1993), and served as a law clerk to Judge Martin L.C. Feldman in the Eastern District of Mr. Broderick established his own practice in March 2000, and has extensive experience in TCPA class actions, with over forty class TCPA settlements. Ted’s notable TCPA settlements include In Re Monitronics International, Inc. settled for $28,000,000; Abante Rooter and Plumbing, Inc. v. Allstate Insurance Company, et al, also settled for $28,000,000; Desai v. ADT Sec. Servs., Inc., United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Civil Action No.11-cv-1925, settlement of $15,000,000. Ted was class counsel in Krakauer v. Dish in the Middle District of North Carolina, a Do Not Call case which resulted in a jury verdict for the class of $62,342,800, which included treble damages awarded by the court. The judgment in Krakauer was affirmed by the Fourth Circuit.
