Rachel Scott is an attorney at the Senior Citizens Law Project of Atlanta Legal Aid Society, where she specializes in preserving homeownership for older clients, including representation concerning foreclosure, reverse mortgages, mortgage servicing abuses, modifications, equity theft, probate, and other real estate issues.
Prior to joining Atlanta Legal Aid in 2009, Rachel clerked for the Honorable Henry Coke Morgan, Jr., U.S. District Court for Eastern District of Virginia, Norfolk. Rachel earned her JD cum laude and was 2008 Valedictorian at the John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. She graduated summa cum laude with a B.A from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, GA.
