O. Randolph Bragg is an attorney in private practice in Chicago, a former litigation coordinator with the UAW Legal Services Plan, and a former NCLC fellow. He previously was an attorney with Legal Services Corporation-funded programs in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He has litigated FDCPA claims on behalf of consumers in numerous U.S. district and appellate courts and frequently provides training on the FDCPA. He is the 2010 recipient of the Vern Countryman Consumer Law Award. His practice is primarily limited to co-counseling FDCPA class actions in federal courts on behalf of consumers.
