He has also obtained several landmark appellate decisions, including Rossman v. Fleet Bank (R.I.), N.A., 280 F.3d 384 (3d Cir. 2002) and Lemelledo v. Beneficial Finance Co., 674 A.2d 582 (N.J. Super. Ct. App. Div. 1996), aff’d, 696 A.2d 546 (N.J. 1997). He received the 2009 Vern Countryman Award for Excellence in Consumer Law from NCLC.
