Melissa Bondi serves as the Mid-Atlantic State and Local Policy Director for Enterprise Community Partners, a national leader in the areas of housing production, financing, programs, and policy. In this position she analyzes federal and regional housing laws, initiatives, and emerging best practices. Melissa directs coalitions and campaigns in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Melissa has more than 20 years’ experience in nonprofit public policy, advocacy, and program implementation. She specializes in community development and the needs of low-income and other vulnerable populations. She also pursues long-term, strategic improvements to achieve greater racial equity and economic sustainability for households and communities.
