Joe Baressi is a senior counsel in the Office of Regulations at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, where he has worked primarily on payments law for over 8 years. Prior to that, he worked at the Federal Reserve Board for 13 years. Joe has a law degree from Georgetown and an Economics degree from Harvard.
