Eric Dunn is an attorney for Virginia Poverty Law Center, where he works on statewide housing policy issues and provides technical assistance to Virginia legal aid programs. Prior to joining VLPC in 2016, Eric served as a housing attorney for the Northwest Justice Project in Seattle from 2005 to 2016, and as an attorney for the Legal Aid & Defender Association of Detroit from 2001-2005. Eric has significant experience with rental housing admission issues through all three lenses of fair housing, consumer credit reporting, and digital information privacy law.
