Andrew Milz is a trial lawyer at the firm Flitter Milz, PC with offices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. He represents victims of consumer finance fraud, debt collection harassment, inaccurate credit reporting, repossessions, and civil rights abuses. He has successfully tried consumer protection cases in federal and state court, obtaining actual and punitive damage jury verdicts for consumers. He is a contributing author to Carter, et al., Pennsylvania Consumer Law (Bisel Pub. Co., Supp. 2020), has been published in peer-reviewed journals, has lectured nationally on consumer law subjects, and is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (“NACA”).
