1.6.2 Additional Pleadings, Practice Tools, and Primary Source Materials Found Online
The online version of this treatise at www.nclc.org/library includes a large number of pleadings, primary source materials, and practice tools. These additional documents are also linked from the treatise’s online table of contents found in the left pane. They can also be searched. Search filters allow users the option to search only for pleadings, only for primary sources, or only for practice tools. Searching for pleadings is recommended using the Advanced Pleadings Search tool, found above the “Search” box.
Pleadings include TILA, TILA rescission, HOEPA, CLA, and FCBA complaints, discovery, notices, briefs, jury instructions, and attorney fee documents, primarily in MS Word, ready for adaptation and use. Over 2,000 additional pleadings are available online at NCLC’s Consumer Law Pleadings.
Highlights of the TILA primary source materials include every Regulation Z Federal Register notice since 1968, redlined statutes and regulations, and selected legislative history for TILA, HOEPA, and FCBA. Practice tools include two free credit math programs and APR tables.
Finally, this treatise cites to unreported decisions and other material as available at www.nclc.org/unreported. All such decisions and material are provided in PDF format in alphabetical order. Readers are encouraged to submit similar material to NCLC at firstname.lastname@example.org to be considered for inclusion to that site.
