1.1 All Subscribers Have Access to the Digital Version of This Treatise
Consumer Arbitration Agreements is available in both a print and a digital edition. Print revisions are released every few years and the digital edition is updated more frequently, with all changes integrated into the text. The digital edition also provides access to additional pleadings and primary source material, as described in § 1.2.3, infra.
The digital edition is available at www.nclc.org/library. It allows pinpoint searches within the book, easy navigation between subsections, and active links to external websites, other sections of the book, and other National Consumer Law Center (NCLC) treatises. Material in the digital edition can be copied, pasted, downloaded, printed, or emailed.
Clicking on “highlight updates” at the top of the screen in the digital edition will highlight additions made to the treatise since the release of the latest print edition. This option also reveals, in curly brackets at the beginning of each digital footnote, the corresponding footnote number in the print edition (if the footnote appears in the print edition). Important law changes are indicated in the digital edition with red flags, and very recent updates with blue flags. The digital edition also allows users to annotate, highlight, and bookmark text for their own use.
Subscriptions are available in either digital-only or print + digital options. Subscribers to the print + digital option receive, as part of their subscription price (at no additional charge), any revised print edition that is released during their subscription period.
